Do you have a will? If you do have one, is it up to date? Your circumstances may change and so it’s important to have a will to determine where you want your personal assets to be distributed. Michael Levy, Principal at Tisher Liner FC Law and Nick Fennessy, Director at the Bongiorno Group, discuss various issues concerning wills, including where they should be kept, who can witness and sign a will, what happens if you don’t have a will, and what assets can be included in a will.
